Our coffee beans are 100% Arabica, the finest of East Africa from farmers in Tanzania. The beans are handpicked to get the right coffee cherries - a practice that has not changed for decades. The cherries are then treated for roasting according to specifications while preserving Arabica's natural taste - acidity, sweet natural aroma and nutty flavour. Our decision to have all finished products locally packaged (coffee) is an attempt to ensure the flavours are maintained so our customers can enjoy! An example is the Khanga pouch coffee - double encased in printed metalised pouches with air valves and wrapped in Khanga - a Swahili colourful piece of clothing used for multipurpose among families in East Afrca.
