Access to our site is permitted for lawful reasons only, we reserve the right to remove or amend the products we provide on our site without notice. We will not be liable if for any reasons our site is unavailable. Product prices listed on our site will be as stipulated at the time when you place your order. For reasons beyond our control, we may increase or decrease prices to reflect new taxes, duties etc.
All orders must be paid fully before goods can be dispatched. Goods remain the property of Killimanjaro Koffee until payment in full has been made to us. On receipt of your order if you notice a shortage you must notify us within 7 days. Defective goods shall be returned to us at your expense. If thereafter the goods are accepted by us to be defective or damaged, we will either replace the same or refund you.
